Evidence Review for Housing Program Design
In recent years, Spanish labor unions have faced a critical challenge: the erosion of purchasing power is driven not only by stagnant wages but by skyrocketing housing costs that significantly outpace salary growth.
To establish a foundational understanding of this issue, we collaborated with the Confederación General del Trabajo (CGT), delivering a comprehensive evidence review on the root causes of the crisis and the legal avenues for strategic action.

Our research catalyzed further action within the Union, leading to the creation of a department dedicated to addressing housing accessibility and the organization of a Conference with other Spanish organizations active in this area. We were also invited to summarize our findings in an article for Hilo Negro, the Union's official journal.
